Facility Manager at Colliers


FACILITY MANAGER Post Date: 13 Dec 06

An Account Manager/Facility Manager's role is to be the daily contact point for one or more Client(s). He/she will also be responsible in coordinating the delivery of services to that particular client(s) and making sure that the quality of service is as what expected by the client. In most cases, the Account Manager will have a dedicated team to support her/him.

In summary, the candidates should have the following qualifications:
* Fluent in English, written and verbal
* Previous exposure to Multinational Companies at a relevant role
* Presented well and having strong interpersonal skills
* Able to manage a team effectively
* Having a Technical education background gives an advantage but this is not a must
