Import staff at Holcim

Job Title : IMPORT STAFF
Directorate : Finance
Location : NAROGONG

Scope of works:
The incumbent will be responsible to assist the Procurement Support & Compliance Superintendent in running the systematic process of import administration; and support the general function of the Corporate Procurement Department.

Requirements:
1. Education : Diploma/University degree in Economics or Administration
2. Experiences : Min. 2 - 4 years experiences in similar position at any multinational manufacturing or shipping company, preferable at the traffic department.
3. Computer Literate : MS Office, Lotus Notes
4. Language : Fluency in English, both written & spoken
5. Other qualifications:
* Good in negotiation skills
* Good leadership skills with the ability to interact with all levels
* Good interpersonal & communication skills
* Good knowledge in export-import regulation
* Good knowledge in import tariff code
* Good in managing dead lines and work load
