Service Layer & Systems Integration

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES :

The SLSI Customer Project Manager role is to manage assigned SLSI customer projects to secure that project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Telecommunication, Information technology or Computer Science
• Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience of project management in the Telecom or IT industry. Preferable in IN, VAS, 3G Application & Multimedia
• Exceptional project management skills, from pre-sales to delivery, including requirement analysis, scooping, resourcing, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and customer management
• Exceptional process management skills (Ericsson Business Process, PROPS-C, Supply process)
• Highly developed skills of relevant tools (MORE, Verdi, MS Project, etc)
• Good Telecommunication knowledge and understanding about the Ericsson Service Layer offerings
• Highly developed Business and Financial understanding
• Good understanding in Sales Strategies & Methodologies
• Highly developed English language, both written and spoken
• Highly developed Leadership skills (Business Manager, Innovator, Competence Developer and Relationship Builder)
• Highly developed Communication skills (Presentation, Interpersonal and Influencing Skill)
