URGENTLY REQUIRED as Per Post at KOMPAS 03.Nov.2006 Area of Responsibilities : * Administers the implementation ohf HR policies and procedues in all personal administration service such as recruitment, leave, temporary assignment, relocation, promotion etc * Administers the provision of employee compensation and benefits such healthcare insrurance, medical, allowance, overtime, etc. according to the prevailing company policies Requirements : 1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline from reputable university 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources 3. Ability to compile data in an orderly manner and pay attention to detail 4. Ability to understand people emotion and expression and using this understanding to accurately handling people from all levels. 5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in fast paced all levels 6. Good PC skill a must, including profiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications 7.
