Nokia/Ericsson TELCO Specialists - Japan
 My client in Japan, is a major Telecomms product provider, who have just won a major project, to convert and supply a leading Telco with the very latest of Telecomms equipment, encompassing both Nokia and Ericsson products, for which they need somewhere close to 150 contractors for 12 months, to be deployed across Japan, to do implementation and commissioning work. We are looking therefore for people from any, and all countries in Asia, who have a very strong knowledge and background in either the Nokia platforms, and/or in ethe Ericsson products, within the Telco environment, to work in any of the roles described below, please mentioning WHICH ROLE(s) THEY HAVE APPLIED FOR SPECIFICALLY in their application They need: MANAGERS: Installation ManagerLead and organize the work within the Installation function to fulfil the targets for the undertaking, i.e., the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed on with the customers and/or KAMs as well as Assignment Service Order from TPMs. Ensure that the best practices are used for the work and that the organization makes continuous improvement of the processes and performance as well as reducing the cost for the operations. Accountable for the overall timely execution of network integration. Accountable for the network acceptance testing. Integration Manager Lead and organize the work within the Integration function to fulfil the targets for the undertaking, i.e., the Service Level Agreement (SLA) agreed on with the customers and/or KAMs as well as Assignment Service Order from TPMs. Ensure that the best practices are used for the work and that the organization makes continuous improvement of the processes and performance as well as reducing the cost for the operations. Accountable for the overall timely execution of network integration. Accountable for the network acceptance testing. PMO - Project Office Manager Establish, implement, develop, and control best practices for project management. This includes defining and documenting all policies and processes of the project lifecycle in order to deliver the projects according to plan and within budget. The Project Office Manager will also create formal methodologies for defining project key performance metrics. ENGINEERS DT Design Engineers and Architects DT Design engineers and architects who have strong knowledge with global DT tools and experience with RNC and RBS scripts. Nokia DT experience is a plus. DT Engineers DT Engineers with long experience of creating scripts for RNC and RBS, Nokia experience is a plus. Integration Engineers Integrate RBS and RNC from network center loading DT scripts Installationh Engineers Installation Engineers making IE as-built, C-module from site surveys, completion and acceptance documents and load into site hander Quality Assurance People To manage and coordinate all Operational Development and Quality assurance activities so as to meet project targets. Naturally the company will relocate, pay a daily rate commensurate with the level of skills, provide accommodation in Osaka mainly (Though regional Japan travel may well be necessary), and it is envisaged that visa processing will necessitate 3 monthly flybacks, dependent on country of origin.
