Complaint Handling Engineer
 PT SIEMENS INDONESIA is looking for a bright talented individual to fill the following position: Complaint Handling Engineer (451 / 1711) Post Date: 17 Nov 06 Responsibilities: Complaint Handling Engineer has the responsibility for handling incoming complaints from the customer care, distribute it to the related department, follow up the complaint until closure, and report the status. This includes coordination with the technical team and customer care; making sure that the process of complaint activity along with its handling is based on the defined regulation and escalates it whenever necessary; receive fault information from the NOC monitoring and distribute it to the related customer care and Network Element. Candidates should fulfil the following requirements: * Minimum S-1 degree in telecommunication, electronic, or related discipline * Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication industry * Preferably experience in a similar position. * Good reporting skills * Good computer proficiency including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access GENERAL REQUIREMENTS : Candidate for the above position should possess strong leadership skills including: the ability to work under time constraints and adapt to change, strategic thinker, excellent motivation skills, excellent problem solving, analytical skills and time management skills; excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
