Shipping Coordinators / Executives (10 Vacancies) Post Date: 06 Feb 07 GLIT HOLDINGS PTE LTD Job Specifications: * Diploma/Degree graduate with knowledge of Supply Chain Management/Import & Export Documentation * At least 2 years' experience in manufacturing shipping departmant (preferably in garment industry) * Must be PC literate. Able to use Microsoft Office or other customized in-house shipping software Job Descriptions: * To coordinate the import and export operations, to ensure accuracy in documentation and invoicing * To liaise and coordinate with carriers/customers/suppliers/headquarter shipping dept to ensure smooth delivery of shipments * To troubleshoot shipment issues Location: Based in Malaysia, Indonesia (Batam), Cambodia or other SBUs (familiarization training will be conducted in Singapore Corporate Office) Confirmed hires will undrego an intensive familiarization training in Singapore for 2-3 months prior to relocating to one of the overseas factories.
