Qualifications :-
* Male or Female with age 30 years old and above
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or related fields
* At least 5 years experience in HR Management, Administration, and General Affairs function, preferably in a multi-national company
* Have strong knowledge in Labor Law, Organization Development, Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment and Selection, Training Management and Performance Management
* High responsibility, strong leadership, good interpersonal, communication skill and service oriented mind
* Good command of written and spoken English
* Pleasant personality and optimistic
* Good team leader and role model with strong employee relations
* Computer literacy
